2、求职者下载手机APP（职场导航），提前查看参会企业名录、展位号、公司简介、具体招聘岗位要求等，可预先投递简历，与企业互动，提前筛选，安排面试决策人到场，让传统招聘会变身面试会，提高双方达成意向率。 3、所有企业招聘海报一键生成，风格统一，结合二维码，扫描企业二维码，即可实现简历的自动投递。 4、求职者可以通过语音喊一喊即可搜索到全场意向的招聘岗位，实现自动导索功能。 5、通过O2O招聘会系统，将活动分为线上线下两大部分，无法到达现场招聘的企业可以参加我们的线上招聘，足不出户即可查看到当天所有进场求职人员相关信息。 6、现场招聘的企业可以通过O2O平台直接主动邀请现场的求职人员前来展位面试，HR主动出击，招聘实效有保障。
